This Health IT Module is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Note on Criteria
The criteria listed above are placeholders based on common HTI-5 selections. These must be updated with the exact 6 criteria selected during Retinex's Drummond registration (ONCTC-12900). Confirm with your test proctor to ensure this list matches your Criteria Selection Framework. Additional dependency criteria may also be required.

Certified Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs)

Not applicable — Retinex EMR is not currently pursuing certification to CQM criteria (c.1-c.4). If CQM certification is pursued in the future, the specific CQMs and versions will be listed here.

5. Costs and Fee Disclosures

The following outlines all costs and fees — fixed, recurring, transaction-based, or otherwise — associated with purchasing, licensing, implementing, maintaining, upgrading, using, or supporting Retinex EMR's certified health IT capabilities, or any Electronic Health Information (EHI) generated through their use.

No Additional Costs for Certified Capabilities
All certified health IT capabilities included in Retinex EMR are fully available within the base subscription. There are no additional fees to access, use, or enable any of the certified functionalities listed above. Access to, exchange of, and use of Electronic Health Information (EHI) are included at no additional charge.
Important: Update Before Certification
Before certification is issued, this section must be finalized with actual pricing. The ONC requires that all costs and fees be specifically disclosed, including any implementation fees, subscription costs, per-transaction fees, data export fees, API usage fees, support fees, and any other charges. "Contact for pricing" placeholders must be replaced with actual dollar amounts or clear pricing structures. If no additional costs exist for a capability, that must be explicitly stated (as shown above).

6. Electronic Health Information (EHI)

Retinex, Inc. does not charge any additional fees for the access, exchange, or use of Electronic Health Information (EHI) generated through certified capabilities. Patients and authorized users can view, download, and transmit their health information through the Retinex patient portal and FHIR-based APIs at no additional cost beyond the base subscription.

Retinex, Inc. supports the full scope of EHI export capabilities and does not engage in information blocking practices as defined under the 21st Century Cures Act and the ONC Cures Act Final Rule (45 CFR Part 171).

7. Complaint Information

If you have a complaint related to the certified health IT product, its capabilities, or the developer's conduct, you may file a complaint using the following channels:

Complaints regarding a Certified Health IT developer or its certified product may be submitted to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC/ASTP) through the Health IT Feedback Form at healthit.gov/feedback.

8. Real World Testing

As a newly certified product, Retinex EMR's Real World Testing (RWT) obligations begin after certification is granted. Once active:

  • RWT Plan will be submitted annually to Drummond Group and published on the CHPL by December 15 each year.
  • RWT Results will be submitted by March 15 of the following year.
  • RWT Plan and Results URLs will be published here and on the CHPL listing.
