System Requirements
Retinex Health runs entirely in the browser. There is no desktop or mobile installer for clinical users.

First Sign-In
- Receive your invitation email from your organization administrator. The link is time-limited (24 hours by default).
- Click the link and set a password. Passwords must be at least 12 characters, include a number, an upper-case letter, and a symbol.
- You will be redirected to the MFA setup screen.
MFA Enrollment
Retinex enforces multi-factor authentication for every user (read the full MFA documentation). Enrollment is one-time per device:
- Open your authenticator app and choose “Add account”.
- Scan the QR code shown on screen.
- Type the 6-digit code your authenticator displays into the form field and click Verify.
- On success, your session is marked
mfaVerified = trueand you are taken to the dashboard.
Dashboard Tour
- Top navigation: global search, notifications, your profile, and the organization switcher.
- Left rail: Patients, Appointments, Clinical Documentation, Labs, Referrals, Bulk Export, Admin.
- Main canvas: today’s schedule, recent encounters, pinned patients, task inbox.
- Right inspector: contextual details for the selected resource (patient demographics, encounter timeline, audit stream).
